What we’re looking for:

  • Team-worker attitude;

  • Customer-oriented approach.

  • Analytical thinking competencies;

  • Relevant experience in Customer Service, Invoicing, Logistics;

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Improvement and automation oriented

  • Fluency in English;

 

What will you do?

  • Schedules and prioritizes shipment activity, based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the daily workload;

  • Optimizes the transportation, from the specifications, specificities and emergency of delivery;

  • Selects the relevant transport provider;

  • Proactively alerts the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer;

  • Informs and follows up with the relevant partners;

  • Applies methods and procedures set by the entity;

  • Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods, results and customer satisfaction;

  • Apply new IT tools for improving the daily job;

  • Calculates the volumes per region for the distribution invoicing.
