RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS Planificación: • Planifica y optimiza las cargas de acuerdo con las fechas de entrega, el grado de cumplimiento y los requisitos del cliente. • Analiza y trata las anomalías. Transporte • Organiza el transporte (fletamiento y reserva de slots) según las necesidades. • Garantiza la disponibilidad y el cumplimiento normativo de todos los documentos de transporte, facturación y aduanas. • Valida las facturas de compra y soluciona las discrepancias. Supervisión de la ejecución: • Supervisa la ejecución de las entregas para garantizar el cumplimiento con los plazos de entrega. • Alerta de forma proactiva a los clientes preferentes en caso de cualquier acontecimiento, retraso o error relacionado con el compromiso de servicio, y busca una solución para el cliente. • Aplica acciones correctivas en las aplicaciones implicadas. • Realiza un seguimiento e informa a los clientes preferentes. Métodos de trabajo • Aplica métodos e instrucciones de trabajo existentes. • Contribuye a la mejora continua mejorando los métodos de trabajo, los resultados y la satisfacción del cliente.
