RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS • Los usuarios se muestran satisfechos en relación con el tratamiento de los problemas, la entrega del hardware y la prestación de servicios. • Los incidentes y los problemas que se producen en el Site se procesan de acuerdo con los procedimientos definidos y en colaboración con los distintos prestatarios de servicios. • Se aprovechan y reutilizan en procesos futuros las mejoras implementadas como consecuencia de la resolución de problemas. • Se procesan, se hace seguimiento y se envían a los prestatarios de servicios las solicitudes de asistencia en los ámbitos de sistema, red y automatización de oficina, dentro de los plazos estipulados. • Se procesan o transmiten las solicitudes de prestación de servicios (hardware/software/derechos de acceso a los sistemas) a los equipos soporte, la información de gestión de activos está actualizada, la implementación de hardware y servicios se realizan de forma acorde a los compromisos IS. • Se aplican las normas de seguridad. • Facilita apoyo para los proyectos de implementación/despliegue.
