Site Security Officer (Entry/Experienced) TUS

RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS

• Prevención/Protección :

- Asegurar que las disposiciones de seguridad están operativas permanentemente para garantizar el control de riesgos en el centro (verificaciones, pruebas, control de equipamiento, rondas, etc…).

- Aplicar, respetar y hacer respetar las consignas (reglamento interno, consignas de Seguridad del patrimonio, gestión de accesos y de llaves, control de personas, bultos/equipajes y vehículos, …).

- Efectuar y documentar las rondas PP (Incendio y Seguridad del patrimonio).

- Verificar, probar y controlar las instalaciones, equipamientos y medios de Seguridad del patrimonio.

- Realizar los planes de verificación y de control a su cargo.

- Implantar en su ámbito el proceso EP3 (Control operativo y Plan de Emergencia) en el marco del SMEP.

- Asegurarse de que todas las disposiciones se respetan para prevenir y contener los riesgos de seguridad.

- Contribuir a la capitalización de la experiencia participando en el análisis de los acontecimientos relativos a la seguridad que se produzcan en el centro.

- Vigilar y explotar los paneles de señales de la central de alarmas.

- Aplicar o implantar las disposiciones temporales que sean necesarias.

- Aplicar las instrucciones « Logísticas » relativas a transportistas (pesaje, plomos, documentos de transporte, etc…).

• Intervención :

- Intervenir en caso de alarma de intrusión, incidente, siniestro o acto malintencionado.

- Aplicar las consignas establecidas o las órdenes puntuales  en caso de hechos imprevistos.

- Seguir las fichas reflejo en caso de incidente.

- Evaluar la situación y rendir cuentas en consecuencia.

- Alertar al RGEP y a los Responsables de cualquier anomalía grave o situación de riesgo persistente y aplicar las medidas de urgencia que sean necesarias, incluidos los primeros auxilios.

- Pilotar las intervenciones operativas PP (recepción/transmisión de alarmas, llamadas de socorro, etc…)

• Información / Comunicación :

- Asegurar la acogida (física o telefónica) según las reglas del Grupo.

- Informar a las personas que llegan al centro sobre las reglas de Seguridad a aplicar en el interior.

- Recibir y transmitir las llamadas telefónicas.

• Reporting:

- Redactar informes y actas de anomalía.

- Anotar los indicadores Incendio y Seguridad, seguir su evolución y garantizar su calidad.
