OUR TEAM

In the Quality Team, we ensure that all measurement systems and processes across the plant are reliable, accurate, and aligned with Michelin standards to support product quality and industrial performance.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Ensure reliability of measurement systems: Evaluate and ensure the quality of measurement processes (PMEs) in line with Michelin standards (HQRI), including periodic assessments and performance tracking.

2. Manage and monitor measurement processes: Collect and analyze measurement data to assess whether processes meet required quality levels and are acceptable for industrial use.

3. Collaborate with plant stakeholders: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support measurement-related activities and improve overall process performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Control System & Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering or related fields

• Interest in measurement systems, testing, or industrial quality

• Basic understanding of measurement tools and industrial instruments

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to communicate both in Thai and English

Preferred

• Exposure to measurement, instrumentation, or laboratory environments

• Knowledge of measurement methodology or data evaluation is a plus
