RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS
• Redacción semanal y distribución de un plan de producción plan (y para algunas actividades un plan de entrega) a fin de satisfacer las necesidades cliente en el horizonte corto plazo
• Contribución al análisis táctico de la actividad: ratios de carga de recursos críticos, opciones de respuesta y flexibilidad, tácticas de planificación y pasarelas internas, moldes, etc.
• Actualización de las normas de inventario en los sistemas de planificación de la producción
• Asegurar la supervisión de la producción para cumplir con los compromisos de producción y reglas de control de flujos.
• Las operaciones de envío de productos se organizan para garantizar el servicio y plazo deseados.
• Progreso en el indicador y fundamentos "delivery"  de la actividad
