KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Do you want to be a member of a team to process payment accurately and on time in SAP, responsible for executing day-to-day payment operations in line with internal procedures and deadlines. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting, effective cash management, and compliance with financial policies. The position supports the organization’s liquidity, funding, and financial risk management objectives.
- Are you able to trouble shoot speedily relating to master data, invoices and to work with the business stakeholders (procurement, supply chain dept and sales department),
- Do you have the enthusiasm to learn on balance sheet reconciliation, external and internal audit activities and to support the month end closure,
- Ready to take challenge in achieving deadlines,
- Are you a person who would like to build relationships and networks with all departments inside and outside who interacts with the department,
- Interested in research and correction of escalated issues and exceptions,
- Like to be a part of a collaborative team to develop the service provided to the customer inquiries and concerns
- Willing to come up with ideas to continuously improve the processes,
- Courageous enough in taking risks and solving problems to provide an outstanding service to internal and business partners.
- A key player to manage data to complete the processes as well as to initiate the future innovations and decisions,
- Improve assigned process by using Information Technology,
- You are required to interact with other teams for innovative and sustainable strategies in developing in service excellence. It is total new culture with ownership and leading for excellent carrier with different disciplines of professionalism.
EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree specialized in Accounting & Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Part qualification in CA (SL) /CIMA (UK)/ ACCA (UK) will be an added advantage.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience at least in one sub function in finance.
- Ability to work in different Shifts (UK/USA) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP (FI, MM) or any other ERP system.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and power point presentation.
- Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills;
- Ability work in a fast -paced environment maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, goal driven and organized.
