RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS
Recopila, estructura y analiza datos cuantitativos de mercado y la penetración de la empresa en el mercado en el pasado.
- Explica y justifica las tendencias, los resultados y las previsiones del mercado en relación con la estrategia y los objetivos, vinculando las tendencias de los datos, las observaciones y las percepciones.
- Recomienda acciones de marketing correctivas a corto y/o largo plazo.
- Elabora y actualiza periódicamente previsiones de mercado a corto plazo (<18 meses) y/o a largo plazo (>18 meses).
- Contribuye al desarrollo de previsiones de ventas a corto y/o largo plazo.
- Cuantifica nuevas oportunidades de negocio y hace recomendaciones a las partes interesadas.
- Identifica amenazas, oportunidades y tendencias del mercado a medio/largo plazo.
- Formaliza los requisitos para mejorar continuamente la automatización de la recopilación, el tratamiento, la consulta y la elaboración de cuadros de mando de los datos, así como la modelización de las previsiones de mercado.
- Realiza análisis ad hoc de un segmento de mercado o de una oportunidad.
Experiencia necesaria:
- Desarrollar, aplicar y utilizar herramientas para supervisar los cambios continuos en el mercado (cultura digital).
- Realizar diversos análisis cuantitativos ("Pensamiento analítico", y "Análisis")
- Presentar informes a niveles superiores ("Visualización y presentación de datos")
- Construir historias claras y sintéticas a partir de datos y asesorar sobre decisiones clave ("Visualización y presentación de datos")
- Dominar herramientas como Excel, CRM, PowerBi, Microstrategy (KBI) y cuadros de mando (cultura digital)
- Tratar temas sectoriales y comerciales definidos ("Inteligencia de mercado")
