RESULTADOS CLAVE ESPERADOS

Gestionar cuentas de todos los tamaños representando a su equipo externamente ante los clientes e internamente trabajando con diversas partes interesadas.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de la posición del cliente en el mercado, su producto/servicio, los puntos de diferencia y el panorama competitivo.
- Captar, gestionar y responder a las consultas/reclamaciones de los clientes.
- Establecer y construir sólidas relaciones de trabajo con los líderes empresariales a todos los niveles.
- Gestionar la comunicación diaria con los clientes y las relaciones permanentes en relación con los proyectos en curso, nuevos y futuros, incluidas las revisiones comerciales.
- Preparar y presentar información comercial y una propuesta eficaz al cliente para la renovación o nuevas iniciativas.
- Cuando sea necesario, visitar a los clientes, asistir a ferias comerciales y otros eventos del sector para aprovechar las oportunidades de establecer contactos y relaciones.
- Mantener un contacto proactivo con los clientes y con el mercado en evolución para acceder a nuevas oportunidades de investigación y garantizar que todos los clientes viables participen de forma regular y eficaz.
- Desarrollar/generar nuevos clientes potenciales mediante el seguimiento de tendencias, la realización de investigaciones, la identificación de oportunidades, las llamadas en frío y la reserva de citas.

Experiencia requerida:
- Trabajo con clientes (Relaciones de atención al cliente).
- Gestión de proyectos o cuentas (Gestión de cuentas o proyectos)
- Establecer contactos (Trabajo en red)
- Gestión de entregables y plazos (Gestión de oportunidades)
